Hide answer

In most cases,
we follow the project brief
which is supposed to have
been compiled
prior to
contacting us.
If you happen not to have one,
then please describe the future
project
in any preferrable form.
Please see the plan below:
— Note the primary and
secondary
objectives of the
project;
— Tell us about your
expectations of the
results;
— Describe materials or other
resources
that may be
necessary to complete the
project and if you have these
materials/
resources;
— Note the budget and the
timelines.
In our response we will clarify
the
information with a few task-
related
questions.
Afterwards, we will discuss the
details
of our cooperation via
email or
a phone call.
Whatever you like best.

How do you initially evaluate the project?

To read the answer

Hide answer

We evaluate the project
based on the input information
and terms provided at the start
of the
working process.
The cost is determined by the
time
to spend on the task to
meet
the agreed—upon goals.
Working on the project means
time
devoted to communication,
design
and development,
transfer of the results.
The works which have not been
taken
into consideration at the
initial
evaluation would be
calculated
on an hourly basis.

Why is it required to make 100% advance payment?

To read the answer

Hide answer

You are required to make a full
prepayment only for the
working stage
of the project
which mostly consists
of 4—6 stages, so that the
working process
could run
more smoothly.
Additionally, such an approach
reduces
risks in comparison
with the standard
method of
50% advance payment
and 50% on completion.

What is included in the cost?

To read the answer

Hide answer

The cost covers several stages:
first, formulating the task and
setting the
agreed—upon
objectives,
second, the working
process, then,
presentation and additional
communication
and eventually, transfer
of the files with the final
project.

Are there any guarantees provided?

To read the answer

Hide answer

Due to our experience,
we can guarantee that the
project
won't qualitatively differ
from the portfolio
works and will
be completed on time.
At the first stage we discuss
and come
up with the project
terms — thus,
we will tackle
your task following the
agreed
terms. And as a result, we will
provide you with a set of the
design
layouts that meet the
requirements
of the technical
specification
and the project
brief.
